How consistent is your training really? Measure it in Apple Health
Consistency is easy to overestimate from memory. This prompt counts it from the workouts Apple Health recorded, week by week, and asks for numbers instead of advice.
Reviewed
Using the telo connector, measure how consistent I actually am: my longest run of training weeks, my longest gap, and how many weeks in the last year had three sessions or more. No advice, just the numbers and what they say.
telo read workouts, 52 weeks
Your longest run is 12 weeks in a row with training, and your longest gap is 4 weeks. 33 of the last 52 weeks had three sessions or more.
Example records, not yours. Your answer reads your own history.
What it reads
- Every workout from the last year, with date and type
Where the answer can go wrong
Only workouts that reached Apple Health count. A gym session you never logged, or one recorded by an app that does not write to Health, does not exist here. Walks count as workouts if you started them as workouts, so say whether you want them included.
Can I do this without telo?
You can export Apple Health from the Health app and upload part of it, but an export is a snapshot of one day, and the full XML is usually too large for a chat to read whole. The prompt still works as a checklist of what to look at. telo keeps the history synced so the assistant reads it directly.
