What to ask

Your whole health history, in the AI you already use.

Every night, run and heartbeat your iPhone and Apple Watch have recorded, ready for Claude or ChatGPT. Ask about training, recovery, sleep or the long game, and get answers from years of your own data.

One iPhone app. Three minutes to set up. Free to start.

Most apps look at last week. telo brings the years.

Trends that matter for training and longevity take months to show up. telo sends everything Apple Health has kept, back to your first Apple Watch, and keeps it current in the background.

What a 7-day view sees

Every night

Sleep with time in core, deep and REM, bedtime and wake-up, for as long as you have worn a watch to bed.

Every workout

Runs, rides, swims and strength sessions, with duration, distance, heart rate and energy.

More than 100 kinds of data

Resting heart rate, HRV, VO₂ max, steps, running form, body weight and more, one summary per day.

Ask what you actually want to know.

Your assistant is smart. What it never had was your history. With telo connected, the answer fits the person asking.

Know when to push and when to hold back.

Your HRV, sleep and recent load already say how ready you are. Ask before the session, not after the injury.

Should I do intervals today or go easy?

telo read HRV and sleep, last 30 days, plus 9 workouts

Go easy. Your HRV is 14% under your 30-day baseline and you slept 6h 10m. Thursday looks better for intervals.

Example answer with fictional data. Your assistant writes the real one.

Three minutes to set up. Then you just ask.

  1. Install telo on your iPhone

Choose what to share on Apple's own permission screen. Your history comes in once, then stays current in the background.

  2. Add telo to your assistant

Find telo in the Claude connector directory or the ChatGPT apps directory and approve it with the same email.

  3. Ask about your life

Training, recovery, sleep, longevity. The assistant reads only what the question needs.

Use a Garmin, Oura, Whoop or another app? Many of them already write to Apple Health. Turn that on in their app, and telo reads it with everything else.

Your health data stays yours.

Short rules, and the app shows each one working.

You choose what goes

Category by category, on Apple's permission screen. telo only reads; it never writes back to your Health app.

You see every read

Which assistant read which records, and when. telo sees the read, never your conversation.

You can delete it all

From inside the app, in one step. No email to support, no waiting period.

Free to start.

Connect your iPhone and your assistant at no cost. A paid plan will come later for people who want more, and you will know before anything changes.

A few answers.

What telo connects, what you need, and where the conversation happens.

Is telo another AI assistant?

No. telo connects your Apple Health history to the assistant you already use, Claude or ChatGPT. The conversation and the answer happen there.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. The source is Apple Health on the iPhone, and what is available depends on the devices and apps that write into it. An Apple Watch records much more, like heart rate, HRV and sleep stages.

Which data can enter the conversation?

Whatever is available and authorised: sleep, activity, workouts and other health metrics. The app shows which kinds arrived and what period each one covers.

Does it work with the assistant I already use?

telo is in the Claude connector directory and the ChatGPT apps directory. Other assistants that speak MCP can connect by hand. The account requirements vary by service.

Does my data stay only on the iPhone?

No. The data you authorise is synced to telo so your assistants can read it when you ask. What a read returns is also handled by the AI service you chose.

Does telo diagnose or recommend treatment?

No. telo makes your data available to be read. It does not diagnose and does not prescribe. AI answers can be wrong and do not replace a professional assessment.

Train, sleep and age with your own data on your side.

The iPhone app opens in waves. Leave your email and we will write when it is your turn.
